Postpartum Care Packages

We provide premium care to new parents, in-home, during the day or overnight. Doulas are trained in infant CPR/first aid and have in-depth experience supporting parents and caring for young and premature infants. Postpartum care duties vary widely and may include:

• Compassionate caregiving to the new mother/parent and baby

• Breastfeeding/chestfeeding, pumping, and bottle feeding professional guidance

• Birth experience processing support

• Infant care and care of multiples/twins

• Nursery housekeeping: infant laundry, organizing baby clothes, nursery design, stocking, washing & sterilizing bottles/parts

• Meal preparation, grocery shopping & running errands as needed

• Resources and guidance throughout

Length of shift varies depending on location. We offer expert postpartum Doula support in Collingwood and Thornbury & the Blue Mountains. Our overnight postpartum doula shifts are usually 8-12 hours per shift. Postpartum childcare support for travel is available upon request.

Investment Packages

Hourly Rate: $45-$55/hour + HST

Snooze-A-Lot Package:

Our trusted, expert, overnight care for babies can help parents relieve sleep debt postpartum. Sleep contributes to family and maternal health and wellness. In this package, parents have 2 nights a week of night, 8 hours per night of support for the first 6 weeks postpartum.
